UK-stocked items take 2 to 5 working days; items from overseas suppliers take 6 to 10 working days. Each product page shows its delivery time.
What's the last day to order for Halloween?
Order by 21 October for Halloween delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.
Do the lights need batteries or a plug?
Each product page says which. Battery items list the battery type; plug-in items come with a UK plug.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Some items come from different suppliers, so they're sent separately. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Can I return something?
Yes, unused items in original packaging within 30 days. See our Returns page.
