Terms of service - The Halloween Shop
These terms apply to all orders placed on thehalloweenshop.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.
- Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error), in which case we'll refund you in full.
2. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
3. Delivery. We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping policy for details.
4. Cancellations and returns. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and our Return and refund policy gives you 30 days. Faulty items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Product use. Decorations are not toys unless stated. Follow the safety notes on each product page, and keep small parts, batteries and electrical items away from young children.
6. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
