Return and refund policy - The Halloween Shop

 

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This is in addition to your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

Damaged or faulty items: email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

 

How to return: contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay for return postage.

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return (or of approving a damaged-item claim).

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
