Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.
To start a return, use our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
